I LOVE this location. There is always someone at the front desk. Employees are quick to step in to assist their co-workers so there is little to no wait time for guests. It is ALWAYS CLEAN!!! I appreciate this SO much especially after visiting another location in the area. The machines are clean, the locker room/bathrooms are clean, the tanning area is clean, the floors are clean. Keep up the great work on cleaning!! I have only seen once a machine being "out of order" and by the time I came back the next day it was already repaired. I really can't say enough good things about this location. I have gone at all different hours between early morning to late at night and always have a good experience. Thanks Staff for doing a great job at making people feel comfortable!
Lots of great equipment. All were working. Nice to see! Very clean.
Today was my first day at this location and i was very impressed with how clean the machines were. One staff member in particular, his name is Kadi he greeted everyone with the biggest smile on his face. When i walked in he was in a trainer shirt answering all the questions I had. The next thing i know he was in a purple shirt as an assistant manager. This man has to be one of the hardest working employees at this location. Very nice guy!!!
Thank you staff for a clean place to get sweaty! This location is by far the best of the Milwaukee area when it comes to cleanliness, air quality and friendly staff! Great job on keeping visitors happy!
