Sales associate Ron was extremely helpful. Purchased a grill was set up and delivered within an hour. Our local and friendly hardware store.

Here's an idea--If you don't know how to repair something, MAN UP AND ADMIT IT instead of doing a half-you-know-what job! Not to mention their prices are outrageous. Used to be a friendly, neighborhood hardware store, but, now, like too many others, service is the LAST thing they care about. I'll wave as I drive by on my way to Farm and Fleet, Menards, Home Depot...etc.
This place is amazing. The service is outstanding. It is the one place a woman can go and not be looked at as a fool for asking questions and requesting assistance about home repairs etc. Keep up the great work South Milwaukee!
